Is the price for one piece or for a pair?For the pair — every set comes as two matched pieces, one for each of you.
How long does shipping take?Standard shipping is free and takes 10–15 business days, fully tracked. Expedited shipping is $15 and takes 5–8 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I get it engraved?Yes — optional engraving on the back of the pendant for $5.00 per item. Letters, numbers and dates are supported; the character limit is shown on the engraving field on the product page.
What if I don’t know my ring size?Open the Ring Size Guide tab on this page — it shows how to measure at home in a minute. Many ring styles are also adjustable; the option is shown on the product page if the style has it.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?The exact material of each set is listed in the Specifications table above. Most people with sensitive skin wear it comfortably; if you have a known metal allergy, email support@couplesets.com before ordering and we will confirm.
What does the warranty cover?Every set carries a one-year warranty — no registration needed. Email us your order number with a photo and we will make it right.
Can I return or exchange it?Yes — unused, non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Engraved or custom-made items are final sale unless there is a quality issue. Email us to start a return and we will send the instructions.
Does it arrive gift-ready?Yes — a gift box comes with your order at no extra cost, so it is ready to hand over.
Can it arrive by a specific date?Choose Expedited at checkout (5–8 business days) if you need it sooner.
Are the two pieces identical?No — they are designed as a matched pair (his & hers). Sizes, lengths and weights of each piece are listed in the Specifications table above.
Every order is quality-checked and securely packaged before it ships. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
- Processing time: generally 1–3 business days. Engraved and personalised orders also take 1–3 business days.
- Standard shipping: free, no minimum. Total delivery time is 10–15 business days (including processing time).
- Expedited shipping: $15, via DHL / UPS / TNT / FedEx / USPS. Total delivery time is 5–8 business days (including processing time).
The processing time varies depending on the product and the destination. For engraved and personalised orders, please allow 1–3 business days before dispatch.
We offer two shipping methods in our online store (All orders are shipped from China):
1. Standard shipping: This option is free and has no minimum order requirement. It typically takes 10-15 business days for delivery (including 1 - 3 business days processing time).
2. Expedited shipping: For a fee of $15, orders can be shipped via expedited services such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and USPS. Total delivery time is typically 5-8 business days (including 1 -3 business days processing time).
You will receive an email once we ship your product with a tracking number to track your shipment. You can also find order information through the provided link. For tracking purposes, you may find the following shipping carriers' websites useful:

Please note the following:
1. Couplesets is not responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges. The customer is responsible for these charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
2. Please provide sufficient shipping address details to ensure smooth delivery. Accuracy, including apartment/unit numbers, is important. We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect, insufficient, or incomplete shipping addresses, incorrect post/zip codes, or any other incorrect shipping information.
3. We do not deliver to P.O. box or APO addresses. Logistics companies refuse to deliver to these addresses, and orders are easily lost.
4. "Business days" excluding holidays. The delivery timeframe varies depending on the destination. While we strive to deliver items within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. The shipping time provided above is an estimated time of arrival (ETA), and most of our parcels are delivered within this timeframe. However, due to some uncontrollable factors, the package processing and delivery services in the destination country may be delayed in different ways.
5. Where we ship: we ship to the 28 countries listed in the country selector at the top of this page. We do not ship to P.O. box or APO/FPO addresses.
Order cutoff: 4:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter processing the same business day; orders placed after it enter processing on the next business day. Dispatch then follows the 1–3 business day processing time stated above.
